I began DJing while deployed aboard the USS Kearsarge in the USMC in 2013. I DJ’d a morale booster “Steel Beach” party. This led to the battalion commander asking me to DJ the post deployment homecoming reunion party in North Carolina, and then my sister asked me to DJ her wedding in December of 2013, her friends asked me to DJ their weddings, and it just kept snowballing from there. At this point I’ve easily DJ’d 500+ events, most of which have been weddings.

I specialize in “getting weird.” I have multiple different versions of every track: original version, funk versions, EDM versions, mashup versions, and a system that makes it easy to mash songs together live in the moment. I’ll rapidly visit all decades in the first 30 minutes of a dance party to let everyone know that this is not going to be your average wedding dance, and quickly adapt to whichever genres and style of mixing is best suited to your unique audience.

When I’m not DJing, I’m building playlists and making edits of songs. This can certainly include making custom edits for your first dance and other spotlight moments. Just ask me!

When I’m not working on music, I’m community building in the space of tabletop games: the most notable is my role as an organizer and influencer for the Warhammer 40,000 game “Kill Team” where I’ve started a local discord server with more than 500 members now, I also co-host a podcast where I talk about the game’s news and in depth strategies with my co-host from New York: we get a couple thousand listeners per week.
